This recipe has been around for many years but I rearranged a few of the ingredients to make it less dependent on seasonal fruit and lettuce.
| 1 Orange |
| 2 cups Diced, unpeeled apple |
| 1 tsp Finely grated orange peel |
| 1/2 cup Raisins |
| 1/2 cup Thinly sliced celery |
| 1/2 cup Thinly sliced green bell pepper |
| 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts |
| 1/4 cup Mayonnaise |
| 1 tbl Sugar |
| 2 cups Mixed greens or romaine lettuce |
